Kingsley Barnes
Technical & Services Manager
Kingsley has responsibility for the Adelaide Service Centre operations. His experience covers a wide range of roles across such fields as plant, maintenance and project management predominantly in heavy engineering and manufacturing. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

Jenny Hokin
Financial Controller and Company Secretary
With more than 15 years experience in accounting roles both with Chartered Accounting firms and in industry, Jenny is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Jenny is Louminco's Financial Controller and Company Secretary and is responsible for Louminco Finances and Administration functions. Prior to joining Louminco, Jenny spent eleven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Michael Poster
Regional Manager – Whyalla
Michael has over 20 years experience in Mining / Steelmaking Industry and is the Area Manager for the Whyalla Region. Prior to joining Louminco, Michael has experience in Quality Assurance, Sales, Project Management and more recently, Procurement Services. Michael manages a team of people covering functions including drafting, procurement, refurbishment, quality assurance and engineering records services.

Don Mancini
Business Development Manager
Don has over 20 years experience in a variety of mechanical / maintenance roles and is currently the Business Development Manager for Roxby Downs and Mt. Isa. Don holds an Associate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and an Advanced Certificate of Fluid Power. He has significant experience in Project Management including site work in the mining, heavy engineering and oil and gas industry.

STEPHEN aLDERMAN
Regional Manager – Alcan Gove
Stephen has nearly 8 years experience in the mining industry, predominantly with design drafting, including project management, procurement and assistant Area Manager for Louminco at Roxby Downs. He has been responsible for completion of a variety of design drafting projects at different mine sites. Over 20 years experience in drafting and project management, in mining, tyre manufacture and defence industry. Stephen has an Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and is a Fitter & Turner by trade.

David Woolford
IT Manager
David has more than 20 years of experience in maintenance engineering and support in heavy industry, steelmaking and now manages systems and development at Louminco. David holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Degree in Computer and Information Systems.
