Louminco was established in 1979 to 'Import Replace' spare parts for the mining industry.
The Adelaide Office is Louminco's Service Centre and services the needs of its regional offices established in Whyalla, Mount Isa, Roxby Downs and Nhulunbuy as well as major mining and industrial companies in Australia, Asia and the Pacific Rim.
Louminco's services are used by many major organisations to reduce plant-operating costs and increase plant availability. This is achieved through our expertise in engineering, design, materials knowledge, manufacturing management, procurement and supply systems.
To ensure that Louminco provides a superior procurement management service we have access to many different manufacturing processes and techniques via our suppliers. As we are not in direct competition with any of our suppliers, we will continue to have their full support. Over the years we have established successful relations with a large variety of component manufacturers and suppliers throughout Australia and overseas, including Europe, South Africa and China. Our proven engineering design and manufacturing management skills enable us to ensure all engineered components meet customer's high quality standards.
The combination of our experience and technical expertise, advanced computer-aided design systems and our measuring and analytical equipment calibrated to international standards, is the cornerstone of our operations.
