OPERATIONS MANAGER
With continued strong growth and internal promotions, we are looking to appoint an Operations Manager in the Adelaide Service Centre, based at Wingfield.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for the management of delivery functions from all company sites through out Australia. It is essential the successful applicant will have experience in delivery of both personal and company KPI’s and be able to lead others to the same. Louminco prides itself on a one-in all-in team approach and enjoys the shared reward of service excellence through our commitment to delivering on time, on budget and fit for purpose.
Key criteria for this role are:
- Qualification in an engineering discipline, either post trade or tertiary
- Sound business management including experience in contract management and negotiation
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise and delegate responsibilities
- Able to read and interpret complex drawings
TECHNICAL OFFICERS

Louminco are looking for people with the following backgrounds who are interested in project management roles:
- Mechanical Tradespersons
- Mechanical Engineers
- Mechatronic Engineers
- Maintenance Engineers
- 3D Mechanical Drafters
You may have a background in manufacturing, maintenance or similar project roles: or alternately be a recent graduate with some relevant work experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Provision of technical services and procurement of parts
- Scoping assignments, including costs and projected timeframes
- Timely completion of allocated projects
- Site visits
The ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings will need to be demonstrated and ideally have some CAD skills.
Trade, Diploma or Degree qualifications are required, together with good computer literacy and communication skills. You will need to communicate effectively over the phone, by email and represent Louminco in a highly professional manner.
